I don't think this is all that difficult: set your prefs so ALL RR/ LC stacks show up in lists.

The open the prefs palette for the image library stack and set its mainstack to your stack and
save the thing; Done!

Clone a copy of the image library stack first, then set the mainstack of the *copy* to your stack. If you don't work on a copy, you'll move the IDE image library out of the IDE and next time it looks for an image it won't find one.
