If you really need to keep 2.0 around, trying building a distribution of the stack, but not as a stand alone, and check the dialog to remove Rev custom props, then build the distribution sans any other resources at all. then, use this as your "original" and open it in 2.1.1 and save. At least in one instance this worked for me... after doing this the stack would boot in the latest version of REV on my system and not an older one , even though the older one was present and available.

I am not using Panther and yet this is what is happening to me. It has been happening ever since I did my first Build Distribution. I did a Mac OSX, Mac OS9, and Windows exe and they are sitting in a sub folder on my desktop.
I could try a right click and then an 'open with' I think there was a 'use always' or something like it.
I'll check. But it is definitely not just a Panther issue.

Panther has an odd effect on Rev. Rev 2.1.1 resides in my applications folder. However, if I click open an application, rather than opening Rev 2.1.1 it goes out and finds an old Rev 2.0 to open itself. Even if Rev 2.1.1 is open, the application starts up an old Rev 2.0. If I open Rev 2.1.1 and use the Open Stack command under the File menu everything works fine.
