doubled keystrokes

Something new with my new Powerbook  and Panther and Rev 2.1...  I 
think Panther is the culprit but not sure

When I use the Apple-2  or  Apple-3 keys to navigate from card to card, 
it will sometimes go into a state where it jumps two cards instead of 
one. I can use the pull down menu to step card by card just fine. 
Closing and reopening a stack seems to remove the problem.

Anyone else?
