It appears to be IDE-specific: in the MC IDE "put the windows" returns a list which does not include the ask and answer dialogs.
Maybe the Rev IDE leaves them open but hidden for some reason?
Exactly. But again, there's the inconsistency between "the windows" (where it doesn't appear) and '"is there a window "answer dialog"' where it does.
