April 3rd the day we went on DST gave me a 1. Just points out the
overall cumbersomeness of the current situation.
Hopefully we'll get a good fix, rather than a workaround. I have lots of
code that works on seconds - and always worked reliably in HC. Not to beat a
metaphor to death but, the clock is running.
