How could one implement the XML library on a Linux machine such that CGI scripts can use rev's XML commands to process xml files?
As far as I know this should work without any special configuration, because
the XML library was embedded directly into the Linux engine.
is it possible to havbe this also in the other engines?
The less external files the better :-)
Maybe.
The engine's already 2MB in size. Until RR plans to have some sort of modular code base in which we could toss features we're not using from our standalones, I'm very conscious about the size of the executable.
