I am only in the IDE at present but I see the same symptoms as in your Bug note, occasional flickering with one player (adding a control, saving) but once I added the second player it became really unstable.
I haven't added a further confirmation note (to be honest I don't know how to add a note - is this the same as an attachment). I have voted for it though.
Cheers Steve

Hi Trevor,
Many thanks for the guidance.
I am working on it but noticed something odd happens as soon as a movie is loaded (also happens with the example Movie Editor). The Movie controller flickers continuously (though not playing) and processor usage rises to 100%. Sometimes it recovers when focus moves to another window outside Rev, but it also seem to happen if I just add another control. On saving, it seems to often (but not always!) run at 100% indefinitely.
I suspected this was a rev problem but I went back as far as Rev 2.2 with the same problem, so I'm now thinking its an 'XP' problem.
I have XP SP2. I have tried on two different PCs (different motherboards, different firewalls and even different versions of AntiVirus software) but they give the same effect.
Have you seen this before?
Yes I have. I added a note to a bug Richard posted here:
<http://support.runrev.com/bugdatabase/show_bug.cgi?id=2692>
I'm not sure what is going on exactly as I have deployed apps that this doesn't show up in. I don't author in XP so perhaps it is more of a development environment thing. I have seen the menu problem that Richard reported in a standalone though.
