Dreamcard, am I missing something?

The Dreamcard player opens  the revOnline viewer.  When I first ran it, I 
was confused as to what to do.  I finally realized I need to click on the 
folder icon to open my stack.

Was anyone else confused by this?  Is there an easier way?
