Copy and paste will create an entirely new group which is a copy of the copied group. Place group is the way to go if you've already created new cards before creating the group. I wonder what's preventing it from appearing. Are there other objects which could be obscuring it? It seems to work reliebly here, which is not much help, I know :)

I guess if you copy and paste the group it creates a new instance?

Why does "Place Group" sometimes not work? I go to a new card and try to place my background group but it doesn't appear.
