Although I'd argue that a better plan would be:
1) Unzip into ecplise workspace directory
2) Start tomcat (with sysdeo plugin in eclipse)
3) navigate through the app, using the logs for some useful information, but also stepping
through pieces of code... use the power of eclipse's ctrl-click type navigation to quickly
learn how to use iBatis.
