Well, I suppose in my smartass reply I didn't specify that there is a WAR file included in the build directory. 

I just dropped the included WAR file into the Tomcat webapps directory and it worked fine....I was using Tomcat 4.1 though...

I'll try 5 later, but it should work fine.

PS: No DB setup is required, unless you want to use a database other than HSQLDB.
