Thanks ... Piranesi's Views of Rome or his Carceri d'Invenzione ... etchings from back in the 1700's. What he or Canelletto would have done with RealSoft is the mind game.
 
And that tip of yours to alter the skew setting ... it worked except on some objects the setting wouldnt accept direct over writing. Curious. Anyway the whole thing sorted with the scaling down to .0001 .... funny that the shadow error did not go away when scaling only to .001.
 
Anyway, a new drawing demands my attention, my life ... and it's not all analytics, it's all SDS's .... already it's so big I can't handle it all at once, it's in bits which I will combine for final render ... and the last proofing render took two days .... fun.
