Hi Jean, Sorry to hear about the crash. Major bummer! Hope you can get all the important stuff back at least. I just moved up from regular dial-up to High Speed Dial-up (Broadband Lite) this month (sort like broadband with a lobotomy :), so I really do appreciate the hassle with the dial-up issue. Hmmm... The SanDisk thing... I got one for my wife a while ago cause I couldn't get her laptop to work with the UofToronto dial-up. Don't ask :) Her SanDisk seems to be working ok, so far. Thanx for the heads up on that. Fore-warned is fore-armed, as they say. Could it be a USB port issue? Maybe drivers?? No problem I'll test it out for ya, and let ya know if it works (on my end anyways :) 2. ZIP files... Duh! I coulda thought of "right clickin"... Shows ya how awake I am. :) Anyways... Hope things work out better for ya. If there's anything I could do let me know. Hey!
