But I'm still having the batch renderer problem. Weird! It's just refusing to render one of the materials in my project.

Hi Mark :

For years I noticed that (I've reported it here twice)
that when I double click on an RS file , it will launch
no problem but will not render correctly due to RS
complaining about certain materials not being found ,
even when re-directed many times .

 Oddly ... ... ... no response from anyone ... ....

Hi Garry,

Must have overlooked it, or too lazy to reply... you're right, I never even
bother to double-click a RS file but haven't checked lately if it's fixed.
If I have trouble loading files I reduce the sections to be loaded to the
bare minimum (starting with just objects and materials).
About the batch renderer: Vesa found the problem, it had to do with the Map
object. Where do you get instant support like that these days? :)

Hmmm , well , ... , ... , ... , uhmm ... ??? ???

I'm sure I bug reported it too ... , ... ... ??? , ! ...

 Odd , ok , ... , ... , ...??? , ... ,!!! , !!! ... ?

I always assumed that there was a problem with the
fact that I have RS installed on my G: drive , etc etc ,
but maybe there actually is a problem after all ?

 Weird , ... , ... , ... , ??? ... , ... ,

Some day ... ... , ? ... , ! ... ... or not ... ,

It's one of those little 'pet bugs' I'm conditioned to take for granted, no
big deal as long as the workaround is easy... maybe we can even blame
Windows ;)

cheers,
