For the people who can't find a download:

(Sorry lost the installer, you must do the next steps by hand)
Unzip the package to a desired destination.
Go to folder ./Composer
Read the "License.txt" !!!
Open "Composer.exe"
Go to "Edit-->System Preferences" from top menu,
there under "Sytem Preferences" adjust all "Path" to the right directories.
Now it should work.
