Hello again, I will be a little more specific; I am trying to animate a field of long grass, which I would like to affect as an object or a force passes through it. I am not sure whether to use 2D curves or 3D shapes for the grass and I do not know whether I need to employ skeletons. Either way I need to fix the base of the grass somehow and only affect the rest of it. I would like the grass to bend with the force/collision.
Does this kind of work require scripts (of which I have no experience), or can it be done directly with the Realsoft toolset ? As always, any help is much appreciated.
