I have looked through my shaders and have found a few examples of toon
shaders and also a pencil sketch shader, these were all done by various
people on the list at one time, I have included all the examples and
documentation that I can find, hope this is useful.

rendering or a script... but where? I am working with my old laptop there isn't
any example for it, unfortunately
