OK, that's good start. Could you say what upgrade? from which version to

Anyway, it seems to be not enough: even after the cleaning every query to custom nodetype "SELECT * FROM news" generates an exception and the

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here. Did you delete the
search indexes as I have suggested?

Yes, completely. The exception stays there...

Could you compare content of WEB-INF/lib between those two instances and
confirm it is same? Also check that you don't have different versions of
same libraries in there.

Yes, they are the same..
I don't know what happened, but I summarize here below our actions:

STARTING FROM
Three environemts, PROD, DEV, TEST, PROD has 2 public instances, others only one.
Our goal: to clone PROD env over TEST and DEV envs.

So:

1) PROD - Bk of mysql db, author and 2 public
2) PROD - Bk of webapp folders
3) DEV - Restore of mysql db, author and public
4) DEV - Delete original webapp folder, drop the PROD webapp folder (public-01)
5) DEV - Clean indexes, as you suggested
6) The same on TEST (3..5)

---> Exception!

I can not imagine what happened.
