Sorry, I forgot to mention that the name for the "SubTemplates" node changed in 4.0, you have to name the node "subTemplates". Another thing to note is that the content node name for the extension is relevant. In 3.x version it was not relevant what content node name you used, important was the node data. Now the content node name is relevant, so if you have e.g. the extension "xk", then node name MUST be "xk" as well.
