I see. You need to register those paragraphs for the templates in which you want to use them. Let's say you want to use them on any page created with the "article" template. In this case you have to go to Templating Kit/Template Definitions in the menu and then in the tree to the /stkArticle/mainArea/paragraphs and register the paragraphs there same way as other paragraphs that are already there. Similarly for all other templates. Should you want to register paragraphs across all the templates but only in specific area, for example in the extrasArea (the right column), you can do so by going to Templating Kit/Site Definitions in the menu and adding the paragraph of choice in the tree at /default/templates/prototype/extrasArea/paragraphs same way as the already existing paragraphs are registered there.
