Hi all, we have a non-reproducible phenomenon where a "publish" is not committed to our live servers sometimes. So for example we delete some content and publish but it is still there or we edit an article, publish and nothing changes.
Does anyone have some hints on in which direction to look at? Maybe some main suspects where to change the debug level? Or even has anybody ever had a similar problem so far?
