Hi,

this approach will work, you can activate from one autor to another
author instance.

Anyhow, you should determine if there is another way which may be more
efficient. For example, you can define which website will be activated
to which public instance. Let's say you have page_a and page_b and 2
public subscribers, then you can tell magnolia to activate page_a to
public 1 and page_b to public 2. Have a look at the "subscriptions >
websiteSubscription" node below your subscribers configuration.
