We have an issue where users cannot change their passwords. System Users can access and change user passwords but when individuals click on their Userid (top right) and type in a new password it doesn't save. The 'Edit User' window doesn't populate with the user name, full name or email address and once the Save button is clicked a blank window is left loaded. No changes are saved. We don't have this issue with System Users so I assume it's down to Security permissions but can't figure out where. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Jon R
