Again, thank you for your feedback! Initially we can make due with the fixed areas but in the long run I'm pretty sure we will have to customize.

Hi Tomas! No, unfortunately what you are trying is not possible… I had exactly the same thought at first, but STK does not work this way. The “areas” are fixed methods of the template definition (see class STKTemplate), so things like “extrasArea”, “promosArea” and “navigation/horizontal” are fixed names, and can’t be changed via the configuration. - Either live with it, and work out your own system for what area means what in your templates, - Or subclass STKTemplate to add your own areas… Regards from Vienna, Richard Von: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Im Auftrag von [email protected] Gesendet: Montag, 21. I'm in the process of defining a site prototyp in the Templating Kit > Site definition but I seem unable to define a new default that adds new areas not defined in the regular default. Surely it is possible to define your own custom default prototyp which your site can inherit from? Am I missing something? I.e. default -> prototype -> navigation -> horizontal works but default -> prototyp -> navigation -> top does not giving an freemarker error: Expression def.navigation.top is undefined on line 26, column 19 in xxx/templates/main.ftl. The problematic instruction: ---------- ==> include def.navigation.top.template [on line 26, column 9 in xxx/templates/main.ftl] ---------- Regards, Tomas ________________________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/home/community/mailing-lists.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> ---------------------------------------------------------------- ________________________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/home/community/mailing-lists.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <[email protected]> ---------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/home/community/mailing-lists.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <[email protected]> ----------------------------------------------------------------
