Hello Ahmed! You will need the following in your hosting environment:
* Recent Java Version: Java 1.5 or Java 1.6 * Apache Tomcat 6 * Apache with mod_jk or mod_proxy, if you don't want to run Tomcat on Port 80 If you have a root server from godaddy, or a virtual server with root access, you will be able to install all this yourself. A quick look at the godaddy shared hosting plans shows only the "Ultimate" and "Extended" packages have Java included, they don't mention Tomcat (and certainly not magnolia). When trying this out, first test tomcat + java without magnolia (see if you can get the default tomcat welcome page to show up), once that is working try with magnolia. My guess is you will have trouble with a hosted solution that does not specifically include magnolia, there are some hosted magnolia solutions out there if you look for them.
