Not sure if GoDaddy has enough JVM Heap Size but you should be able to get all 
the information you need from our wiki

One thing worth mentioning is that you can't restart Tomcat on a shared hosting 
(see GoDaddy's help: http://help.godaddy.com/article/72?locale=en ), but it 
restarts every day at 01:00am Arizona time.
