What is in your context.xml ? It is likely to be container-specific information, right ? So not much Magnolia can do about it. I'd argue it doesn't belong *in* the webapp, but I guess... that depends on what's in it, and I hardly ever use those for anything else than datasource declaration, or setting a variable to allow Magnolia to pick up a different file ;)
