Until a few hours ago, I was absolutely sure that it was possible to "limit" dialogs for some roles, adding a "deny access" in the permission for the config repository for the appropriate tabs and/or controls. Now I tried and it didn't work, even if the role has a deny access on a tab, the dialog is still shown completely. So did I dreamt everything? Now as a workaround I extended the tab control to show nothing if the user does not have a certain role, but I'm still thinking about it... Is it possible to give permissions inside dialogs? I mean basic permissions, just like "show/hide", nothing special that changes the controls depending on roles, for those there is no other way than coding.
