hi Magnolians,

when i have a project with 2 languages, say de and en, i have one node for
default locale and one for the other, right?

Example:

title
title_en

Now, when i make a content translation export as Excel i have 2 language
columns:

default (de)
en

Now, i copy the column "defualt (de)" to a new column de in Excel file. Then i
import that file and now i have 3 nodes:

title
title_en
title_de

I need that to use an export of that project for other projects with different
default languages. For example, another project has en as default language,
then i need the column de for the German content in that project.

So, the problem is, when Magnolia displays the page and current + default
language is German then it reads from title_de instead of expected title node.
Sure, if i delete the title_de node it's allright. But there i so many nodes to
delete!

Another thing is that if i want to edit the title, Magnolia displays the
content of title not of title_de in the input element. It is even saved under
title not under title_de. This is fine and correct, but it means i can never
see the right content because Magnolia displays title_de but edits title.

Why do i need to do such funny things? Well, i have one project with 11
languages. I have to create 15 copies of that project and the default locale
changes in other projects, but all projects have a subselect of the 11
languages.

Nice hä?!

Any solution for that problem?

Best regards,
David
