Are you using STK? Then it would be very easy. Simply define in the page 
template the list of paragraphs to be used in the extras column. Be sure to 
remove the list of paragraphs from the prototype definition. Of course you can 
add a basic set of paragraphs in the prototype and extend this list in your 
template definitions.
