Hello Will, I'm not sure, but maybe it's only typo error. If i look at your path "[webapp]/WEB-INF/classes/themes/[theme-name]/js/" it seems wrong to me. If you bypass js from stk the right path should be "[webapp]/WEB-INF/classes/templating-kit/themes/[theme-name]/js/".
