Hostnames are usually not case sensitive, but the rest of the URL usually is. Note that http://www.google.com/shopping works, but http://www.google.com/Shopping yields a 404 Not Found. If you really want your full URL's to be case insensitive, I guess you'd could add a filter to the Magnolia filter chain to handle this. I do wonder why you want the full URL's to be case insensitive. What particular problem are you trying to solve?
