Your image in your last post didn't render unfortunately. I did
find and uncomment "AllowTcpForwarding yes" in sshd_config.
I also found this Easy SSH Tunnel video tutorial:

it links to the full article which talks about the clicking "Add" like your
saying but I not sure where I get to click Add. Thanks.
