this command should have three 3 sub-commands. Keep "version" and replace "startFlow" by another command - name shouldn't matter, class should be info.magnolia.module.admininterface.commands.ActivationCommand. You can compare that with modules/adminInterface/commands/default/activate, which is what's used when activating nodes from other workspaces (unless said workspace also has a corresponding catalog)
