Thats wrong.

under website/activate you should have 2 subsides
version
- class = … VersionCommand
activate
- class = …. ActivationCommand

in other words, you need to copy original /default/activate node under the 
website/activate, not assign class to website/activate 

Hope the above is clear enough.
