We are facing a problem similar to

Our editor user cannot recursively activate nodes in the dms workspace.
Activating each node independently however works fine. When looking in the
logs, I get:

And – don't know if related or not – we do see same name siblings every once in
a while (I would say this is due to the last warning message).
The user permissions are set up as we have them on many other sites:
Read only | node and subnodes | /$
Read and write | node and subnodes | /mynodename
And this is on Magnolia 4.4.6.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
