Hi Saravanan,

We imported large amounts of data (100GB+) into our DMS repositories using the
XML import.

The important thing is to avoid importing too big chunks in one go.

We did this by:
- creating one XML file containing the entire folder structure, and importing
this first
- creating individual XML files for each node containing data, and importing
these individually (using a script we created for this purpose).

You should also avoid activating large chunks of data in one activation. Use a
script to activate your data "node by node", and disable any workflows for the
initial activation.

Regards from Vienna,

Richard

My bad, I didn't include the required info.

Its going to be auto generated(not by editors) by consuming third party
services/ ftp etc..
