Hmm, can you paste complete log from the startup to pastebin.com or similar service and post the link here? Also complete jackrabbit-bundle-oracle-search.xml file (please remove real pwd and server address before pasting). The fact that it fails when starting BaseVersioningManager would suggest that versioning configuration is not correct (that's the second PM config in the config file).
Also please could you delete all DB tables, indices and triggers created by the installation before next attempt as well as repository home directory that you have configured in your magnolia.properties.
