On http://www.magnolia-cms.com/magnolia-cms/features/all-features.html#jump10 under Scalability you'll find the feature called 'Unlimited scalability, clustering and load-balancing', which is indeed listed as not available in the Community Edition. The fact that the Community Edition only supports a single public subscriber while the Enterprise Edition supports any number of subscribers is also mentioned on http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/administration/subscribers.html in the first paragraph.
