Hi Roman

You don't want to transfer any data from public to author. We did that before
but it leads to:

- loss of data integrity (how can you guarantee that the data in both
repositories is always consistent?)
- security problems (when you allow activation of data from public to author)

The right way to go is to have a third, clustered repository for data which is
generated on the public instance (UGD, user generated data) but must be
editable from the author instance. Do some googling for "Magnolia clustered
repository" and you should find stuff that will get you started.
