tells you that real problem occurred on public instance. You need to look in the log there. You can also paste whole log from public to pastebin.com or similar service and post the link here. Based on the message itself I'd guess that some string value is empty or is missing some piece of info, but not able to tell which string or where, could be anything at this point, the name, the parent folder name, the file name of the document ... anything.
