Thanks for the quick respond.
I have installed 4.5.9 Community Edition.
placed magnolia-module-shop-1.1.2.jar into
apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/magnoliaAuthor/WEB-INF/lib and the
apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/magnoliaPublic/WEB-INF/lib
I am getting this error:
info.magnolia.module.model.reader.ModuleDepenceyException: the following
exceptions were found while checking Magnolia module dependencies(i.e. those in
META-INF/magnolia/my-module.xml:
module Magnolia Simple Shop Module(version 1.1.2) is dependent on ocm version
1.0 which was not found
I have read this at Shop module link,

Enterprise Edition bundle already has them except for OCM. Update the Form
module too.

FCK Editor 4.5.6
OCM 1.0.2. Used to save the shopping cart bean and cart items to nodes, to
distribute order numbers (order number is the name of the cart node), and
to configure what to save.
Jackrabbit OCM 1.5.3

Do i need to install above modules all?
I am still struggling to get shop module up and running.
