Hi Tullio, No, the AccessLogValve is a tomcat component, and has nothing to do with magnolia at all. It can't log magnolia internals such as the magnolia username. AccessLogValve is really only access logging, so that a tomcat server can produce the same type of logs as apache.
If you want to log things related to magnolia, you should look at magnolia's audit logging feature (might be enterprise only, I'm not sure). With magnolia's audit logs you can log things like user logins, activations, edits and other user actions.
