In my understanding Pulse is a messaging system (only) for the author instance. But is there a way to use Pulse to notify public users e.g. when a calendar-event was cancelled? Or is there any other possibility for portal-internal messaging?
Of course I could send emails to registered users but I want them to be notified in my portal. No bidirectional messenger/chat just a push notification from the system to a user.
