Hi Joe, Good to see the Academy was useful for you in evaluating Magnolia. FYI, 'Integration ops' is one of the course avenues I am looking into at the moment. I'm sure you will get a more detailed answer from the community or from one of our devs (busy right right now with the latest release), but my immediate answer would be that integration is one Magnolia's strong points. As to what level of integration - hang in there; you will get some feedback on this.
