Hi, we have installed the shop module 1.1.4 on a magnolia instance 4.5.12 everyhting works fine, the shopping carts are recorded, but the checkout form is not sending emails.
We have checked other regular forms we have and the emails are checked correctly, so the smtp settings of the form module appear to be ok. The form module version is 1.4.9, we enabled also the log file based mail tracking for that form but we do not receive any errors in the log viewer, file magnolia.form.log Also the magnolia-error.log file is not throwing any error, any idea what could be wrong?
