Ok... so, i have updated the first sections in that unit. However, the role based config appears to be correct.
Could it be that you need to sign out and then back in again with user type for which you have set the restriction? You are doing config as superuser. no matter restrictions you put in place, you'll probably see all actions. Try this: By default Magnolia is configured with two users for testing purposes. Superuser and Eric. As superuser 1 Navigate to Config app 2 Contacts app config: contacts/dialogs/subapps/browser/actions/addContact/availability 3 Now add a new content node called: access 4 Add another content node called: roles 5 Add a property and give a value: publisher 6 Close up the app and sign out of Magnolia. 7 Sign back in again as Eric (Eric / Eric_ 8 Go to the Contacts app and see if you can add a contact...
