Hi Aleksandar, In short, yes.
You can use the XML export feature in magnolia to transfer any kind of content (web content, templates, resources, anything stored in magnolia) between magnolia instances. You can use this to transfer your developments to other developers. The problem with this approach is that different trees (templates, themes, etc...) need to be exported separately, and it can get hard keeping track of what is where in which version. Nonetheless, this is how I would begin. When you get more comfortable with how it all works, you can look at creating your own module. Your module can collect everything in one place, and install everything all together. However, that requires you work with Java tooling, and in particular for a web developer that can be a bit heavy. You may find the XML export is enough for you.
