Hey Norman, you should use basic authentication from Magnolia to authenticate the REST call/user that should trigger the command (you don't have to login into a repo, if your role settings are correct). Also, you will have to whitelist the command, if you want to use the command endpoint. Be careful with the security settings though, you don't want to expose such an API to user anonymous!
