Hi Daniel,

Nice to read from you, and thanks for your help !

I've had a look to the source as well, and you're right it seems to be a
problem while reading an existing node.

The ACL role I try to bootstrap already exists, my operation should overwrite
it with a new definition. The code tries to read it first and it fails, that
causes the thrown exception (if I can't read a node I can't replace it). I
thought it could be a permission problem.

The thing is, I can't figure out why it fails ! If you say the bootstrapping is
done in system context and I normally can't get any permission related problem,
it should be something else. But what ?

Cheers
Fabrice
